Porthleven Food Festival

Friday 24th – Sunday 26th April 2026

Presented in partnership with renowned local chef Jude Kereama, of KOTA & KOTA KAI, the Chef’s Theatre is set to host another impressive line-up of demonstrations from leading chefs.

A must-visit in the Cornwall calendar, your three-day free to attend community festival is BACK and ready to host you all in a whole town takeover, with the heart of the activity held around the harbourside.

As a flavour of what else to expect in addition to the Chef’s Theatre’s live cooking demonstrations, expect street food, workshops and masterclasses, Cornwall Food and Farming Market, Supper Clubs, live music, outdoor, family and wellness activities, a mermaid appearance and lots more still to be announced!

The Great Estate

Friday 29th – Sunday 31st May 2026

The Great Estate Festival is back for 2026 — bigger, bolder, and bursting with eccentric charm. Nestled in the enchanting grounds of Scorrier Estate, this three-day celebration of music, art, theatre, and wonder is Cornwall’s most unorthodox garden party. Expect a weekend of spectacular performances, curious happenings, and unforgettable adventures beneath the Cornish sky.

From legendary headliners to the best in emerging talent, the 2026 lineup promises a kaleidoscope of sound and style.
Think indie anthems, funk-fueled grooves, electronic escapades, and the unexpected — all across our wild woodland stages.

There’s far more than sound to discover. Including; The Secret Gin Garden – hidden cocktails and late-night revelry; The Sanctuary – wellness, yoga, and mindful moments; The Woodland Stage – an immersive world of performance and firelit magic; The Grand Stage – where the weekend’s biggest acts steal the show; Feast & Folly – Cornwall’s finest street food, artisan treats, and pop-up dining experiences.

Falmouth International Sea Shanty Festival

Friday 12th - Sunday 14th June 2026

The Falmouth International Sea Shanty Festival takes place at various locations throughout the town, from pubs and bars to historic courtyards and quays.

The festival is a FREE event, with shanty performances scheduled throughout the weekend at venues including The Greenbank Hotel, The Falmouth, Events Square and Church Street Car Park. Visitors are encouraged to explore the town and its wealth of shops, restaurants, gardens and beaches, as well as the 20+ official festival venues.

Stithians Show

Monday 13th July 2026

Offering a traditional taste of rural life, with a lively, up to date atmosphere, Stithians Show has something for everybody; displays & demonstrations, animals, fairground, vintage vehicles, food & crafts and a great selection of shopping from our trade stands and local producers. The Show will also be hosting a terrific line up of live music both on our Main Stage and at the Buskers’ Corner Pop-Up Festival.

 Falmouth Week

Friday 7th - Sunday 16th August 2026

Falmouth Week is a major attraction for locals and visitors alike. With its origins as a local sailing regatta dating back as far as 1837, the week has evolved into one of the major sailing competitions in the South West as well as an opportunity for sailors and landlubbers to enjoy the many daytime and evening activities in the town.

Truro Food Festival

Wednesday 23rd - Sunday 27th September 2026

Truro Food Festival is back in 2026, celebrating the very best of Cornwall’s food and drink.

From award-winning producers to top Cornish chefs, it’s a showcase of local talent paired with live music and a great atmosphere. Don’t miss this ultimate celebration of Cornwall’s foodie scene!

Falmouth Oyster Festival

Thursday 8th – Sunday 11 October 2026

Devoted to the mighty mollusc, Falmouth Oyster Festival is one of Cornwall’s biggest and most-loved specialist food events. Celebrate the native Fal Oyster and diversity of Cornish seafood with four days of cookery demonstrations, feasting and festivities.

During the daytime the festival is free to attend, by night there is ticketed entertainment.

Truro Christmas Market

Saturday 21st November – Thursday 24th December 2026

Running for 34 festive-filled days, from Saturday, 21st November to Christmas Eve, the market will be open daily, offering an unbeatable festive experience in the heart of Cornwall.
 

Discover a delightful range of local crafts, unique gifts, and seasonal treats, all lovingly created by skilled artisans from the region. The charming cabins are back, transforming Lemon Quay into a cozy festive village. Stroll through twinkling lights, take in the sounds of the season, and enjoy the warm atmosphere.
